Woke up in the morning by the park and had milo cereal for breakfast. Went out for a little walk at the skater park next to the parking ground and after a while went back to the camper and continued on our way to rotorua. And omg, the drive was seriously awesome! The three of us in front (minus darius) were like constantly in awe at the blue skies white clouds green hills white sheep and black cows (: (:

Along the way we decided to visit the dams nearby at lake karapiro and we spent another good one hour plus there taking photos of many kinds, climbing to the roof of our camper and taking shots of other things. Quite a nice place! :D

Continued driving down and eventually we found the zorbing office but decided to back track to one of the picnic grounds we found along the way. And at that picnic ground, the view was even awesomer than before! Because it was a little elevated and nicely maintained and decorated, and the weather was simply too fine, the overall sights were really breathtaking (: so after taking photos and climbing on the roof (again), we decided to start preparing lunch andden ate at the picnic table outside, and eventually feeding the chicken with some of the burnt rice (in which many little sparrows joined in and the chicken ended up trying to scare them retardedly!)

At 3.30pm, we drove to the zorbing place and changed into our clothes, and after some admin stuff we were all ready for some action! :D and gosh zorbing’s actually quite fun! :D we did the hydozorb which puts us all alone in each of those balls, rolling down a zig zag trail which shakes you around the ball and makes you fly. Hohohohoh. 30NZD just for that 180m roll -___- haha but seriously quite worth it for the experience!

After the zorb we took turns to bathe in the camper andden drove into rotorua! Went to a shell station first to top up our diesel and water, andden turned out that the kfc just next to it was emitting fumes of delicious chicken and so we decided to go next door to get some awesome chicken! :D haha such pigs. All the thoughts about cooking beef were immediately thrown into the bin.
We had 3 pieces each and I was seriously super full! Considering lunch was at 2 plus I was really surprised at how well we could all eat. -___- then after the dinner we went around town in search of geothermal pools and places to walk and ended up at the beach, looking at a sailplane and a drain emitting fumes of hot sulphur -__-
Went to kairau park after that which is right smack in the middle of central rotorua and all we saw was the fumes. Herny and I tried to get in to look at the geothermal lakes but it was seriously too dark to see anything, so we went back and eventually we all KO-ed and fell asleep (at least I did!)
